Alicia Machado is the first Miss Universe to ever pose for Playboy Magazine.
She appeared in February 2006 issue of the Mexican Playboy Magazine and again on April of the same year she also appeared in the Venezuela Playboy Magazine.
In October 2007 she was featured in the US Playboy Magazine which she has dedicated to Donald Trump.
During her Miss Universe reigning, Donald Trump humilated her by calling her an "eating machine" .
"Eat your heart out Donald!"

Now that she has an accomplished career which includes movies, novelas and a music album, she thought it was the perfect timing. Alicia not only broke records for being the first Miss Universe in history to ever pose for this magazine, but she also broke records with the magazine sales. She set a record for sales in both Venezuela and Mexico.
